Terms Agreement

You must agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy to sign up.

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between GMB Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users regarding the services provided through the AM Catalog website (amcatalog.gmb.co.kr, hereinafter referred to as the "Site").


Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms shall be defined as follows.

① Site
The website operated by the Company that provides automotive parts catalog information.
② Member
An individual or organization that has registered on the Site and agreed to these Terms.
③ ID
A combination of letters or numbers approved by the Company for user identification.
④ Password
A combination of characters set by the Member to protect their account.
⑤ Service
Automotive parts catalog browsing, product search, and related services provided through the Site.


Article 3 (Effect and Modification)
① These Terms become effective when posted on the Site.
② The Company may modify these Terms within the limits of applicable laws.
③ Revised Terms will take effect once announced on the Site.


Article 4 (Membership Registration)
① Users may apply for membership by completing the registration process and agreeing to these Terms.
② The service agreement is established once the Company approves the application.
③ The Company may reject applications in the following cases.

a. False information is provided
b. Another person's information is used
c. The service operation may be disrupted
d. Other cases deemed inappropriate by the Company


Article 5 (Services)
① The Company provides the following services.

a. Automotive parts catalog information
b. Product search and related data access
c. Technical information and product materials
d. Additional services provided by the Company

② The Company may modify services and will notify users through the Site.


Article 6 (Member Responsibilities)
① Members must not engage in the following activities.

a. Using another person's account
b. Copying or distributing site information without permission
c. Interfering with site operations
d. Violating applicable laws

② Members must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.


Article 7 (Account Management)
① Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
② The Company is not responsible for damages caused by negligence in account management.
③ Members must notify the Company immediately if unauthorized use occurs.

Article 8 (Service Suspension)

① The Company may suspend services in the following cases.

a. System maintenance
b. Natural disasters or force majeure
c. Operational necessity

② The Company will notify users through the Site.


Article 9 (Disclaimer)
① The Company does not guarantee specific results from using the Service.
② The Company is not responsible for damages caused by user negligence.
③ Information on the Site is for reference only and product specifications may change.


Article 10 (Governing Law)
① These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
② Any disputes shall be handled by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
