Wheel Bearing
Wheel bearing used to be separated by hubs and hub bearings, but now it is distributed in a single assembly state. In a car, hub bearing is fitted to the car wheels to support the fixed and vehicle load of the wheels and to receive the force of the driveshaft to minimize the rolling resistance, thus playing a role in smooth rotation of the wheels. It also serves to withstand the impact of the axis when the vehicle is rotated and the impact when the vehicle is bouncing up and down.
The first generation hub bearing is integrated by connecting the outer-ring from two single-piece bearings.
Third-generation hub bearings for vehicles are fitted to the wheels of the vehicle to support the fixing of the wheels and vehicle loads and to provide cloud motion to ensure the vehicle is running smoothly. It was developed as a structure that can ensure stability by integrating one inner ring into the hub to extend bearing life and improve bearing stiffness.
